We usually can't make changes after you place your order due to our 24–48 hour dispatch window. This includes requests to modify items, change courier, or update the delivery address.

Because we pick, pack & dispatch within 24–48 hours, changes after ordering may not be possible. The parcel is likely already in transit.
Changes can also increase shipping fees, so please double-check before placing your order.

Melbourne Metro Delivery:
Total delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. This includes 1–2 business days for picking and packing, followed by 1–3 business days for courier delivery.
Regional and Interstate Orders:
Total delivery time varies by location. Orders are typically picked and packed within 1–2 business days, and courier delivery can take 1–2 weeks depending on your location.

If your order fails to deliver after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us by the delivery partner. In that case, a return-to-sender fee will be charged by the courier, and this fee will be deducted from your refund.

Yes, we offer Same Day Delivery for selected Melbourne postcodes. To check if you're eligible refer to here or chat with our AI Chatbot at the bottom left of your screen. Here are the available options:
AusPost TODAY: Place your order before 9 AM to receive it between 1-5 PM the SAME DAY. If the order was placed after 9 AM, the order will be delivered the NEXT DAY.
AusPost TONIGHT: Place your order before 1:30 PM to receive it between 6–9 PM the SAME DAY. If the order was placed after 1:30 PM, the order will be delivered the NEXT DAY.
AusPost SATURDAY: Place your order before FRIDAY 5PM to receive it between 1–6 PM on SATURDAY.

Unfortunately, our delivery partners cannot change the delivery address once a parcel is in transit. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, a return-to-sender fee will be deducted from your refund.

Yes! During checkout, you can select pickup from our Springvale warehouse and you'll receive a confirmation when the order is ready to be picked up.

Orders placed before 12 pm (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) are usually ready within 3 hours. You can collect them Mon–Fri 9 am–5 pm. We’ll notify you via email when it’s ready.
You have 2 weeks to collect your order before we refund it with a 20% restocking fee.

You must notify us within 7 days and return the product in its original packaging within 14 days. Refunds exclude original shipping costs, and return shipping is deducted. If your order had free shipping, the Australia Post fee is also deducted.

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and include photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items. We'll raise a claim with Australia Post. You’ll then take the items to a post office for verification before we process your refund.
