Our shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. Deliveries to rural or regional areas may cost slightly more than metropolitan areas.
We work with four different courier partners, each with their own weight-based pricing thresholds. In general, shipping is calculated in the following tiers:
0โ1kg, 1โ3kg, 3โ5kg, 5โ20kg, and over 20kg.

All our deliveries are contactless (ATL - Authorised To Leave) unless a signature is requested. This means that the driver will leave your package in a safe place on your property, ring the bell and leave.

However, due to increased demand on the delivery network in Australia, some orders may be delayed. We will work with our couriers tirelessly to ensure this is minimised and any delays prioritised.
