As we move into the warmer season, higher temperatures may affect chocolate products during transit. To help reduce the risk of melting, we offer Chocolate Protection at checkout for an additional fee.
Chocolate Protection includes:
- Insulated packaging

Ice packs to help maintain a cooler temperature during delivery
- Ice packs can last up to 48 hours, however in extreme heat conditions their effectiveness may be reduced.
TIPS TO AVOID MELTING
- We strongly recommend placing orders early in the week (Monday–Tuesday) to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend.
- Express shipping is recommended to minimise transit time.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery, as packages left unattended or outside are more likely to melt.
REFUND POLICY
We cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during transit due to weather conditions that are outside of our control.
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for melted chocolate, including orders with Chocolate Protection selected.
By placing an order containing chocolate products, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Please consider this carefully before purchasing.

Finally I got to try the infamous dubai chocolate 🍫 and it was AMAZING it was Heavenly, lovely crunchy with the Gaddafi, and lovely nutty flavour of the pistachios, mmm mmm. Highly Addictive but highly recommend 👌

Ok so I gave in and bought some, just to see what all the fuss was about. And yep, it's pretty darn tasty! Preferred it chilled, and it's very sweet so you can't have too much in one go, but at least that makes it last!
