We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.

For perishable items (food & drinks), we can only accept returns if they arrived damaged or faulty.

Arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and sort it out.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once approved, and may take another 3-5 days to appear in your account.

I got this product from Homebush and the smell is different. This made my cakes smell different. I wasted so much of my own product just for the smell to be different…
I always buy this product but this time, the smell was very off. I don’t think I can trust this brand anymore as I run a business….

I bought this specifically so I could make Dadar Gulung – Indonesian Coconut Pancakes. Two things are important. ! that it imparts the distinctive flavour and 2 that the green colouring is rich enough to impart the distinctive pale green colour when diluted. Glad to say it met both requirements. Next time I make them I'll load photos.
