Product was moldy!
I opened packet and it was mouldy, have sent pictures.
Hi, we’re sorry to see this and thank you for sending the photos. This is not the condition we expect our products to arrive in.
We’d like to investigate this further with the batch supplied. Could you please send us a clear photo showing the best-before date and any batch/lot information on the packaging? We’ll review this and assist you with a resolution.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
One of my all-time faves!! 🥰
I am actually legit obsessed with this flavour, it's cheesy with the teeensiest bit of spice but so flavourful. If you like things with that QQ texture, this is the one for you. I will definitely be repurchasing.
Just ordered but with all the other things I have ordered from this site I have no doubts
