I like to julienne radish and carrots a little thicker than many graters/ peelers allow. This product does just that... thin strips around 3+ mm thick. So it's perfect for my needs!

I immediately sent an email informing Asian Pantry of the missing grater which they then replied to quickly saying that they are sorry and would send another one as well as the confirmation email and tracking number for it.

I was very happy to find the product that is hard to find - it's the only way to grate carrots whether you are cooking them in a lentil meal, making a salad or rice wraps, I really love the fine long result and it's much easier to grate the carrot quickly than with any other grater I tried.
