📦 PO Box or Locker? Pick Australia Post - other couriers can't deliver and will return your parcel (fees apply).
If you're shipping to a PO Box, Postal Box, Locked Bag, Private Bag, GPO Box, or Parcel Locker, you must select Australia Post at checkout.
Other couriers (Aramex, Couriers Please, Direct Freight) can't deliver to PO Boxes - they'll attempt delivery, fail, and return the parcel to us.
If you pick a non-AusPost option for a PO Box address:
Parcel is returned to sender
Refund = order value minus the courier's return-to-sender fee ($10-20)
30% restocking fee also applies
Already placed an order and not sure? Contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.
