Warranty and Service Policy
This policy applies to all Cuckoo products in Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA) or Western Australia (WA) only. For purchases made outside of VIC, SA, or WA, customers are required to contact the New South Wales (NSW) service centre for any inquiries.

In-Warranty Repairs:

All rice cookers undergo an inspection to determine whether the issue is repairable or due to a manufacturer’s fault.

In the case of a manufacturer’s fault, the product will be replaced with a brand-new unit.

If the product is deemed repairable, it will be repaired free of charge.

For Melbourne-based customers: Customers are to bring the faulty product to the service office in Mount Waverley and collect it once repaired or when the new unit is ready.

For Adelaide or Perth-based customers: Freight costs for in-warranty products are covered by the head office.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs:

An initial inspection will be conducted to assess if the issue can be rectified and repaired.

A non-negotiable inspection fee of $40 is required to cover the technician’s time and expertise.

Repair costs typically range between $60 and $100, depending on the labour and parts required. The total cost, including the inspection fee, usually amounts to approximately $120.
Important Note:

If the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, the Service Centre will not be able to proceed with any repairs or replacements.
