As we move into the warmer season, higher temperatures may affect chocolate products during transit. To help reduce the risk of melting, we offer Chocolate Protection at checkout for an additional fee.
Chocolate Protection includes:
- Insulated packaging

Ice packs to help maintain a cooler temperature during delivery
- Ice packs can last up to 48 hours, however in extreme heat conditions their effectiveness may be reduced.
TIPS TO AVOID MELTING
- We strongly recommend placing orders early in the week (Monday–Tuesday) to avoid parcels sitting in depots over the weekend.
- Express shipping is recommended to minimise transit time.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel upon delivery, as packages left unattended or outside are more likely to melt.
REFUND POLICY
We cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during transit due to weather conditions that are outside of our control.
Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for melted chocolate, including orders with Chocolate Protection selected.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.
For perishable items (food & drinks), we can only accept returns if they arrived damaged or faulty.
Arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and sort it out.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once approved, and may take another 3-5 days to appear in your account.
Need to cancel? Let us know ASAP - a small 5% admin fee applies for unshipped orders. This covers payment processing fees charged by our payment provider, which are non-refundable to us when an order is cancelled. For more details, see our Returns FAQs.
