Dilute it with water or stock for a hot pot or soup base, or use a smaller amount to season stir-fries and braised dishes. Add meat, seafood, tofu, mushrooms, noodles and vegetables to create a satisfying meal, adjusting the quantity to suit your preferred heat level.
