We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.

For perishable items (food & drinks), we can only accept returns if they arrived damaged or faulty.

Arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and sort it out.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once approved, and may take another 3-5 days to appear in your account.

I didn’t realise u don’t eat these raw lucky I didnt have too many but I was on the Toilet 10 times with diarea lucky no vomiting a good suggestion would be to have a huge label in red on the front “beware do not eat raw ‘ ., many older people dint have good eyesight I later saw a tiny warning in tiny print . It should be written in bold huge writing .
