For any undamaged product, simplyreturnit with the original packaging along with the original receipt and original packaging within14 daysof the date you receive the product and we'llexchangeit or offer arefundbased upon the original payment method.
If a Product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, you should contact us within 7 days at email@example.com arrange your return or exchange.
You must comply with directions or instructions given by us in relation to returning the damaged, faulty or defective Products to us or the manufacturer.
Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 days please contact us so we can chase it up.
Great service and a product that can't be matched. We would normally purchase this from one of our Coles or Woolworth stores but both have decided not to stock it. So I guess you are our new supplier. I do think the delivery charge is a bit expensive. Cheers
