Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost.

For perishable items (food & drinks), we can only accept returns if they arrived damaged or faulty.

Arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and sort it out.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days once approved, and may take another 3-5 days to appear in your account.

Disappointed. Poor packaging. 2 bottles smashed during transit leaking into my other items destroying them and through the box - such a mess.

Hi, we’re really sorry your order arrived like this. We can see from the photos that two bottles were damaged in transit, and we’ve refunded those for you.

If any other items in the parcel were also damaged by the leakage, please contact us with photos and we’ll be happy to review those as well.

This sauce is horrible it just tastes like sugar, it is made with 90% sugar, 5% chili, 3% water, and 2% salt. You can add this sh*t as an ice-cream topping and no one will even tell the difference. Not even spicy just very tiny kick after eating,all it does is spike your blood sugar through the roof. If you run out of sugar you can add this to your tea or dessert it's perfect for sweets not savourly.
