  1. Heat 4 cups of vegetable oil in a deep pot to 135°C. Line a large plate or baking sheet with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, baking powder, and garlic powder.

  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 450g boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cook Vegetables
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a large pan over medium heat.
